I. Payment and Cancellation of Your Order
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, do not worry. You can return your product within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your full order, in accordance with applicable law. Cbdologic only charges your credit card upon shipment of your order.
You must return your unopened and undamaged product in a timely manner, in its original packaging, with its accessories and documentation, where required, in perfect condition to CENTRE LOGISTIQUE DE DISTRIBUTION SARL 1223 Voie Christophe Colomb, Alpespace, 73800 PORTE DE SAVOIE , FRANCE and, in any event, within 14 days at the latest of receiving our approval regarding your wish to exercise your cooling-off period.

Prior to returning any purchase, you must first contact a member of our team for approval.
In any event, terms for the return of a product are as follows:
If your product was damaged upon delivery, you must notify us within 5 (five) days of receiving it at your address. You can use the email address mentioned above to inform us of any damage (with supporting photos). Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and send you a replacement, if you comply with our requirements and if possible.
III. In the event of defective products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us pictures as soon as possible at the email address mentioned above.
Please carefully pack your product for its journey back to our warehouse and, once an agreement is reached with our customer service, return the product to us for inspection.

If you requested a refund, upon receiving the approved returned product at our warehouse, a member of our team will inspect the item to ensure that all aforementioned terms are complied with. If the inspection is successful, a refund will be made in the form of store credit or to your initial method of payment if possible.
If the returned package is complete, we will refund the package price and shipping costs (standard delivery rate), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the returned package is not complete (you’ve kept one or several items), we will refund the price of the product(s) that you returned.
- Return shipping costs are not refundable unless your product was damaged upon delivery.
